Our neutralizer is intended for meat products wrapped with a “chaudin type” casing

Meat curers producing dried sausages wrapped with a “chaudin type” casing are very often faced with the problem of the casing’s bad taste, unpleasant as for sampling as for consumer.

In the past meat curers used lemon or orange juice. Now it is substituted by our solution made from essential oils which neutralizes this undesirable taste and brings a real homogeneity to the products’ taste.

On the other hand, our neutralizer is suitable for fresh sausages market as it can also give a fresh and pleasant shine to the sheep casing.
